I will never go to another UPS due to the fact that they allow people like John and Bobbi Anslona to run there stores. John and Bobbi Anslona are extremely rude people and should not own a business. They do not know how to talk to customers with out being rude. They do not know how to handle situations such as explaining details as to why they will not provide receipts, refunds, ect they simply get snappy ,rude and repeat no. They think because they have been in business for almost 20 years they can treat people with disrespected and go to work in there pajamas. They insult you when asking for a manager. Bobbi Anslona thinks it is funny to go to the back of the store and come out and say " HI I am the manager how may I help you" after you have been disagreeing with her, and you ask for someone else. And when you ask for a number or there names John Anslona likes to insult you by saying look it up in a phone book if you can read. These people need to be shut down. They should not work for ANY company if they are going to act like a bunch of teenagers. I would strongly suggest you use ANY other UPS in the city of Albuquerque then John and Bobbi Anslonas store.
