I went in to the UPS Store to ship a package of frozen green Chile and they were very knowledgeable of the way to ship it. I called up to get information about the process. Later I went in and did everything they said I should do. Then I sent it UPS Next Day Air and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. My only gripe is the price of shipping was high, but they said that the price was directly from UPS's shipping system, and the price is the same if I was to go down to the local UPS hub.
