I wanted to let you know of the horrible experience I have encountered
with the Mail Depot off of Coors/Central in Albuquerque in between the Fallas and Smiths.
The manager, Kim McNeal lost my package and has since given me the
complete run around. Dealing with her is a complete nightmare. It's not so bad that the package was lost as mistakes happen, but her attitude is HORRIBLE and I will not be doing business there again. Kim remains self-centered, combative and unwilling to provide a single solution to my concerns of the lost package, she doesn't even pretend to help! Kim Mcneal is without a dount the most ineffective manager I have ever come across.
I have asked Kim several times have the owner call me but she refuses to.
I have been left with limited resources to report my concerns with their
establishment and have since been in touch with the Better Business Bureau
to discuss their conduct. It doesn't make sense why Kim wouldn't have the owner of the store call me back (unless she was hiding something).
Interestingly, I discovered that the Mail Depot received an F on their business report card and wanted to share that as a precautionary.
Since word of mouth is the best means of advertisement, it's a shame that Mail Depot off of Coors and Central continues to disappoint potential consumers. At the very least, they should acknowledge that a more effective manager would be better suited to deal with the public. (If they cared).
I sent a letter to the owner of the business in attempt to get his attention
but will not to hold my breath. I would like to someday see who is behind the curtain of such lousy service.
Buyer beware of the MAIL DEPOT on Coors and Central!
TIP: Always purchase package insurance and stash your receipts
in a safe spot. Get the name of the person who helped you.
